Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Director to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a global shared services hub. This role will oversee a team of 8 direct reports and partner closely with leadership teams in both the Philippines and the United States to deliver best-in-class supply chain solutions.

The Supply Chain Director will be responsible for strategy execution, governance, process improvement, and vendor management, while ensuring compliance with international standards. This role requires a proven leader who can drive innovation, streamline processes, and build a high-performing supply chain team in a complex, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute supply chain strategies across procurement, vendor management, and technology enablement.
  • Oversee procurement of supplies, equipment, and services to support operations.
  • Manage externally provided business services, ensuring compliance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to optimize ERP systems and other supply chain technologies.
  • Develop and track KPIs to drive service level improvements and cost reduction opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare and regulatory requirements across procurement categories.
  • Partner with Accounts Payable to support timely vendor payments and master data compliance.
  • Provide leadership, training, and coaching to supply chain teams to enhance capability and performance.
  • Support business continuity and risk management strategies for supply chain operations.

Qualification & Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Operations, or related field (required)
  • Masters degree (preferred)

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Six Sigma, Lean, CPM, or CMRP

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years in supply chain leadership, managing large teams in a global organization
  • At least 3 years overseeing offshore supply chain teams
  • Strong background in ERP systems (supply chain modules) and BI tools
  • Experience in shared service center or global capability center operations
  • Healthcare industry exposure is an advantage
