Head of Finance Operations, International Markets

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO to design and implement finance systems, policies, and structures that improve productivity, governance, and scalability.
• Lead global finance operations strategy, including process documentation, SOPs, delegation-of-authority frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and develop a sizeable international finance operations team of professionals across AP/AR, Procurement, and Payroll functions.
• Oversee end-to-end Order-to-Cash, including customer onboarding, billing, revenue recognition, collections, IFRS-aligned bad debt provisioning, and receivables/cash flow reporting.
• Own Procure-to-Pay, payroll, and procurement leadership, including global AP operations, compliant payroll execution, and management of annual vendor spend through sourcing, negotiations, and supplier contracts.

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy with professional certification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Prior experience within impact- or tech-driven industries (e.g. international education, professional services, technology/SaaS, healthcare services) in multi-country organizations is highly preferred.
• Experience operating within shared services or centralized regional finance operations environments will be advantageous.
• Proven leadership experience in international or APAC finance operations, with direct responsibility in a high-volume transactional environment on matters like P2P, O2C etc
• Demonstrated success managing and developing large, multicultural teams.
• Track record in developing and grooming talents in terms of both mindset and capability
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in advanced finance tools and AI-enabled technologies
• Authorized to work in Singapore
