Description

The Shared Services Head will lead and oversee all corporate support functions within the organization, ensuring seamless and efficient delivery of shared services such as Human Resources, Administration, and Information Technology. This role functions similarly to a Chief Administrative Officer, providing strategic direction and operational oversight across multiple business units within the group.

The position plays a key role in driving organizational synergy, process optimization, and business continuity within a diversified portfolio that spans sectors such as water, wastewater, renewable energy, and environmental management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and strategic oversight for the HR, Admin, and IT departments under the shared services organization.
  • Design and implement group-wide policies, systems, and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across all subsidiaries.
  • Partner closely with senior management and business unit heads to align shared service functions with overall corporate goals and operational requirements.
  • Manage performance and service delivery of shared service functions to support business objectives effectively.
  • Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and cost optimization for all shared service operations.
  • Drive digital transformation and process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Ensure that governance, regulatory, and reporting standards are met across all corporate support areas.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field; a Masters degree is an advantage.
  • Proven leadership experience in a shared servicescorporate support, or chief administrative capacity preferably within a conglomerate or multi-company setup.
  • Strong background in HR, Admin, and IT operations, with the ability to integrate and streamline cross-functional processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, organizational development, and strategic planning skills.
  • High level of business acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities across various entities.
  • Open to experienced professionals as well as younger leaders with strong management potential.
