Description
The role will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of centralized HR operations, managing a team to deliver efficient “hire-to-retire” services across geographies. The role will focus on process simplification, automation, HR technology adoption (e.g., Oracle HCM), and SLA management to improve employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Delivery & Strategy: Oversee HR shared services operations, ensuring high-quality, efficient service delivery for HR transactions, payroll, and benefits.
- Transformation & Technology: Lead HR digitization, automation, and process engineering (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead high-performing, customer-focused teams, mentoring staff and managing performance metrics (SLAs).
- Compliance & Data Governance: Ensure compliance with local and federal labor laws and oversee HRIS administration, data accuracy, and security.
- Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with HR business partners, IT, and external vendors to align shared services with broader company strategy.
Qualification & Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role within a shared services environment.
- Technology Proficiency: Expertise in HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors) and ATS systems.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze HR metrics and KPIs to drive insights and process improvements.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing large-scale transformation projects.
