Description
Lead the global Quote to Cash transformation, owning end-to-end process excellence and service delivery. Collaborate across functions to drive innovation, digitalization, and customer-centric outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Align Q2C Service Delivery Model with global processes, BU strategies, and GES objectives; sponsor strategic initiatives ensuring governance, resource allocation, and benefit realization.
- Drive shift from transactional services to strategic, insight-driven enablers; deliver regular performance reviews and updates to senior leadership.
- Own financial planning (budgeting, forecasting, actuals, LRP) and deploy dashboards to monitor KPIs, OKRs, and service performance.
- Foster strong relationships with BUs, process actors, and D&T; lead change management through communication, training, and engagement.
- Support GES scope expansion and lead transitions into Q2C SDU, including process assessment, technology enablement, standardization, and documentation.
- Oversee stabilization after transitions, ensure business continuity, and proactively identify risks with mitigation plans.
- Build Q2C SDU as a scalable, proactive global partner; ensure service quality, compliance, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Drive initiatives to standardize, simplify, and optimize processes; increase automation and leverage AI, digitalization, and self-service tools.
- Manage vendor relationships and external delivery partners, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks, performance standards, and budget controls.
- Build a high-performing, diverse global team; promote growth mindset, agility, and accountability; support hiring, onboarding, career development, and succession planning.
Qualification & Requirements
- Quote-to-Cash Leadership: 15+ years of experience managing Q2C processes (CX, Credit & Collections, Commercial, Supply Chain) in complex, multinational environments, ideally within Global Business Services.
- Continuous Improvement & Digitalization: Proven ability to drive process optimization, automation, and digitalization using Lean, Six Sigma, and similar methodologies.
- Technology Enablement: Deep knowledge of automation, AI, data analytics, and self-service tools to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Leadership & Change Management: Track record of leading large, diverse teams (100+ resources), fostering engagement, driving cultural transformation, and promoting agility and accountability.
- Strategic Execution & Collaboration: Ability to translate vision into actionable plans, deliver measurable results, and build strong cross-functional partnerships across geographies with excellent influencing and communication skills.
- Global Mindset & Resilience: Comfortable operating in multicultural environments, anticipating external trends, and leading through complexity and change with adaptability and composure.
