Description
We’re looking for an experienced leader to build and scale a high-performing Shared Services Center, driving operational excellence across several towers: Finance, Supply chain, Marketing, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the setup and development of the SSC (structure, processes, roadmap)
- Oversee daily operations and ensure service delivery aligned with SLAs & KPIs
- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage budgets and monitor financial performance
- Build, lead, and grow a strong SSC team
- Partner with senior stakeholders and global leadership
Qualification & Requirements
- Proven experience in Shared Services, preferably in FMCG (setup & operations), with 300+ employees
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Solid background in process improvement and operations
- Financial acumen (budgeting, cost control)
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
- Fluent English
