We’re exploring a global opportunity for a senior Total Rewards professional to join an international organization in an operations-focused role.

This position is ideal for someone with strong experience in Total Rewards within HR Operations or Shared Services, who enjoys improving how rewards processes are delivered at scale and supporting a consistent employee experience across regions.

Total Rewards Global Lead – GBS

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and improve Total Rewards operations (e.g. benefits, compensation processes, rewards administration).
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure smooth, scalable delivery of rewards services.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual work.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in a global, multi-country environment.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Solid background in Total Rewards Operations / Rewards Administration.
  • Experience working in HR Operations, Shared Services, or global HR environments.
  • Familiarity with HR systems or HCM platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills.
  • Fluent English (Portuguese is a nice to have)
  • 7+ years of work experience with Human Resources (HR)
