Description
As an R2R Business Transformation Senior Manager, you will lead large‑scale finance transformation programs across the R2R domain, acting as a senior subject‑matter expert and strategic advisor for clients. You will shape, design and deliver end‑to‑end process and technology transformations- covering operating model redesign, ERP‑enabled change, automation, benchmarking and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with senior client stakeholders, you will guide decision‑making, orchestrate project delivery, facilitate workshops, and craft compelling transformation stories that support sales cycles and new opportunities. Your expertise will directly influence the future operating models of global finance organizations, while you contribute to developing innovative transformation assets and solutions within Capgemini.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex finance transformation projects across the R2A domain, ensuring full end‑to‑end delivery of scope, team, timeline, and budget.
- Design and implement target operating models, process improvements, technology roadmaps, automation solutions, and ERP‑enabled transformations.
- Act as a senior subject‑matter expert, providing strategic recommendations and guiding clients through their transformation journey.
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders, facilitate workshops, drive alignment, and influence key decisions.
- Apply process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, DGEM Benchmarking, ESOAR) to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze client data and diagnose process gaps, proposing actionable solutions with clear business cases.
- Support sales cycles (RFX, orals) by shaping transformation stories and developing impactful solution content.
- Contribute to building transformation assets, methods, and new service offerings within your area of expertise.
Qualification & Requirements
- 13+ years of experience in Finance with deep expertise in R2A processes (General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Period End Close, Reconciliations, Reporting).
- 7+ years in senior transformation leadership roles (Cross‑Stream Project Lead / Multi‑Tower Solution Lead) with full end‑to‑end accountability.
- Strong track record in designing and implementing finance transformation projects across multiple industries.
- Advanced consulting skills, including solution design, business case development, stakeholder management, storytelling and executive‑level presentations.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (S/4HANA, SAP ECC or Oracle) and R2A supporting tools (Blackline, Trintech, Workiva).
- Solid understanding of automation, RPA, Intelligent Automation and GenAI‑enabled solutions.
- Experience with GBS/SSC/BPO operating models, benchmarking, process mapping (Visio, Signavio, Business Optix) and documentation development.
- Proactive, self‑driven, fluent in English, comfortable leading workshops, client meetings and transformation discussions.
