Description

The Financial Reporting Senior Manager – Finance Shared Services provides strategic and operational leadership of the enterprise-wide centralised Financial Reporting function. The role is accountable for delivering efficient and standardised reporting services, strong internal controls, and high-quality financial outputs that meet organisational, statutory, and audit requirements.

This position leads the transformation and uplift of reporting processes, drives automation opportunities, and partners with senior Finance stakeholders to support an enterprise operating model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a multi-layered reporting function (Financial Reporting Managers and Financial Reporting Senior Accountants – Finance Shared Services).
  • Drive the enterprise reporting service including month-end, reconciliations, reporting packs, and cashflow preparation.
  • Oversee alignment of reporting processes with Group accounting policies and strategic direction.
  • Lead audit engagement for Finance Shared Services, ensuring high-quality, timely submissions.
  • Drive uplift in reconciliation quality, documentation standards, and financial governance.
  • Oversee the strategy for automation, workflow tools, and system optimisation.
  • Provide insights, risk escalations, and recommendations to Group Finance leadership.

Qualification & Requirements

  • CPA/CA qualified or similar is essential
  • 10 years experience within Financial Reporting, Financial Control or Shared Services
  • Demonstrated experience leading large teams and managers
  • Proven background in transformation, automation and process standardisation
  • Strong exposure to audit, governance, and technical accounting
  • Proven ability to lead in a high-volume, complex operational environment
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
