Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Process Owner (GPO) specializing in HR operations processes to join our team.

As our HR Operations Global Process Owner, you are responsible for designing, managing, and continuously improving global HR operations processes. You ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across regions, drive transformation initiatives, and collaborate with cross‑functional and regional HR teams to deliver effective HR services globally.

Key Responsibilities

Process management

  • Develop and standardize global HR operations processes
  • Continuously review and improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and simplification

Leadership and strategy

  • Develop and drive global HR process strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead global HR transformation initiatives
  • Provide subject matter expertise on HR best practices and trends

Compliance and risk management

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Identify and mitigate risks in HR processing
  • Maintain up‑to‑date regulatory and compliance knowledge

Collaboration and stakeholder management

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other functions
  • Partner with regional HR teams on local and global alignment
  • Engage with external vendors and partners

Qualification & Requirements

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like driving global process ownership and HR transformation initiatives. As an experienced HR Operations Global Process Owner, you work strategically, lead with vision, and get energy from working in a fast‑paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Have 5+ years of experience in HR Operations and Global Payroll Management
  • Are able to lead, motivate, and challenge operations teams
  • Have a strategic, end‑to‑end view of HR processes
  • Demonstrate a global mindset and cultural awareness
  • Have experience acting as a global process owner
  • Possess project management experience
  • Have experience operating in a successful Shared Service Center
  • Hold strong payroll and HR administration knowledge
  • Demonstrate technology understanding
  • Have proven experience in process simplification
