As Head of Order to Cash at our Budapest Hub, you will lead end-to-end O2C services for 30+ EMEA and international export markets, driving digital transformation and operational excellence at the helm of a 250+ strong team. Ready to make your move?

As part of Business Operations, our Budapest Hub is one of four strategic hub locations worldwide, delivering best-in-class Order to Cash services that enable life-changing treatments to reach patients faster. Here, your leadership will have a direct impact on how Sanofi operates across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Order to Cash services for 30+ EMEA and international export markets, covering order management, credit, collections, cash application, and AR reporting
- Drive the deployment of the integrated O2C (iO2C) operating model, managing transitions and ensuring core model adoption with minimal business disruption
- Champion AI and digital innovation, leading adoption of next-generation tools (High Radius, Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, GenAI, Agentic AI) to enhance process automation and customer experience
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of 250+ professionals across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across EMEA affiliates, GBUs, Finance, Trade, Treasury, and Supply Chain organizations
- Oversee budget and workforce planning for the hub, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and ensure compliance with SOX and internal control standards
- Contribute to the global O2C leadership team, influencing core model evolution and representing EMEA market requirements at a strategic level
Qualification & Requirements
About you
- Extensive leadership experience in Order to Cash or Finance Services within complex, international shared services environments
- Proven track record in large-scale digital transformation and AI implementation
- Demonstrated excellence in executive stakeholder management across multiple countries and cultures
Technical And Soft Skills
- Expert knowledge of Order to Cash processes at both operational and strategic levels
- C-suite level communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with ability to translate insights into executive-level decisions
- Digital fluency with understanding of AI, automation, and emerging technologies for process optimization
- Hands-on experience with SAP SD/FI, High Radius, or Salesforce (advantageous)
Education
- Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
Languages
- Fluent English (essential); additional European language(s) advantageous
