Description

We are seeking a Process & Digital Practice Lead to play a pivotal leadership role within VOIS Business Operations and Transformation, as part of the Business Excellence team. This role is accountable for shaping and leading a high-performing practice of process engineers and digital consultants, delivering complex transformation programmes, continuous improvement initiatives, and customer-driven engagements. The individual will set the technical delivery culture, embed industry-leading ways of working, and ensure all engagements deliver measurable business outcomes across cost, quality, and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of process engineers and digital consultants, fostering a culture of trust, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
  • Establish and maintain robust, well-documented, and effective ways of working to ensure consistent, high-quality technical delivery across all engagements.
  • Drive industry-leading process engineering and digital consulting practices, embedding methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and digital frameworks at scale.
  • Ensure all programmes and projects are delivered efficiently, on time, within budget, and aligned to agreed quality standards and business objectives.
  • Implement quality control and performance management processes, with clear KPIs covering project outcomes, milestone delivery, productivity, and billable utilisation.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and strong customer and employee experience across all portfolios.
  • Take accountability for outcomes, ensuring demonstrable improvements in efficiency, quality, cost optimisation, and overall business performance.

Qualification & Requirements

  • An experienced leader with a strong track record of delivering highly complex technical and business change programmes.
  • Comfortable operating in senior, matrixed environments, influencing and engaging cross-functional leaders to shape and deliver large-scale change.
  • A clear and inclusive communicator, able to translate complex transformation initiatives for diverse audiences, from end users to senior stakeholders.
  • Skilled in industry-standard programme and portfolio management approaches, combined with agile delivery methodologies.
  • Degree educated or equivalent, with an MBA preferred.
