Your Work Profile
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager – HR Managed Services to lead end-to-end service delivery across HR operations for global clients. The role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of HR Managed Services engagements, driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of HR Managed Services, covering processes such as Hire-to-Retire, Payroll, Talent Management, and Core HR.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality metrics, and compliance requirements.
- Partner with clients to understand their HR technology landscape and continuously identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and optimization.
- Manage governance, reporting, and performance reviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop team members to build strong domain and delivery capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Transition, PMO) for smooth onboarding of new accounts and process transitions.
Qualification & Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in HR Operations
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and global service delivery models.
- Hands-on experience managing operations delivery leveraging Workday, SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM or Darwinbox
- Proven track record of managing large client accounts and service delivery teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in setting up or scaling HR Managed Services or GCCs.
