Associate Director- GCC Implementation

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end GCC implementation projects including scoping, process assessment, TOM (Target Operating Model) design, and execution.
• Drive operational readiness, infrastructure setup, knowledge transfer, and stabilization.
• Own full transition lifecycle: planning, due‑diligence, KT, reverse shadowing, deployment, and hyper‑care.
• Manage cross‑functional transition teams and coordinate with global SMEs.
• Ensure transition outcomes meet SLAs, timelines, and quality standards.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans and stakeholder dashboards.
• Lead Steering Committee and PMO governance meetings.
• Track milestones, budgets, and delivery risks.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks proactively.
• Implement strong frameworks for risk, control, and compliance across work streams.
• Ensure documentation and processes meet internal & regulatory standards.
• Create high‑quality SOPs, process maps, playbooks, and transition documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and knowledge standardization.
• Drive adoption of new processes, systems, and delivery models.
• Support organization design, workforce planning, and capability building.
• Foster a culture of lean, scalable operations.

Qualification & Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in Consulting, GCC setup, or transformation programs.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale GCC implementations and process transitions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
