Our client is a leading player in the service and consumer industry, known for its customer-centric culture, operational excellence, and commitment to developing a capable and engaged workforce. As part of its strategic focus on enhancing HR service delivery and efficiency, the organisation is seeking an accomplished HR leader to head its HR Shared Services and HRIS functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of HR Shared Services operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and employee movements to exits.
  • Manage benefits administration, leave management, and payroll support, including payments for bonuses, AWS, and flexible benefits.
  • Ensure HR processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
  • Build, lead, and develop a strong HR Shared Services team that delivers excellent service and continuously improves processes.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to align shared services with business needs and priorities.
  • Drive HR transformation initiatives, including process optimisation, digitalisation, and system upgrades.
  • Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with audit and employment standards.
  • Prepare and deliver HR performance reports and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 18 years of HR experience, with demonstrated leadership in HR Shared Services or HR Operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll functions, and local employment legislation.
  • Proven capability in leading teams and managing stakeholders effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or Kronos is advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to upholding confidentiality.
