Description

As the Shared Services Leader, you will own the strategic roadmap for our centralized operations. Your mandate is to integrate Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Admin services into a single, high-performing ecosystem. This is a high-visibility role reporting to the C-suite, focused on institutionalizing operational excellence, driving digital transformation, and optimizing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Governance: Define and execute the long-term vision for Shared Services , ensuring alignment with broader corporate objectives.
  • Financial Stewardship: You will oversee multi-million budgets, drive capital allocation for operational tech, and deliver measurable ROI through cost-containment.
  • Supply Chain & Logistics Oversight: Orchestrate the integration of warehousing and procurement, ensuring a resilient, data-driven supply chain that mitigates global risk.
  • Digital Transformation: Lead the migration toward Intelligent Automation (RPA), , and ERP integration to move the needle from “manual” to “predictive”.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Act as a strategic partner to BU leaders, navigating complex internal politics to drive adoption and satisfaction across the organization.

Qualification & Requirements

Academic Qualifications

  • Bacholer’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or International Business or equivalent.
  • Proven leadership experience, with at least 5 years leading multi-functional teams.

  • Executive Presence: You are as comfortable in the boardroom as you are on the warehouse floor; your communication is clear, data-backed, and influential.
