Description

Designation: Head – Global Capability Centre (GCC)

Compensation: As per industry standards

Global Capability Center – Head/Sr. VP/COO

Key Responsibilities

  •  Establish the GCC as a strategic growth engine by driving structured transition and expansion of global workstreams into the centre.
  • Lead end-to-end work transition and transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless migration and adoption of processes from global functions into the GCC.
  • Develop and implement transition frameworks, governance models, and roadmaps to onboard new functions and scale operations effectively.
  • Deliver operational excellence and cost efficiency through standardized, scalable, and optimized service delivery models.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed defined KPIs, SLAs, and operational targets across all service lines.
  • Drive strong financial performance, with ownership of budgets, cost optimization, and P&L outcomes.
  • Build and sustain strong stakeholder partnerships globally to identify opportunities, enable buy-in, and accelerate transition of work into the GCC.
  • Ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery and seamless integration between shared services and technical/captive teams.
  • Strengthen governance, compliance, change management, resource management and risk management frameworks across all GCC operations.

  • Deliver operational excellence and cost efficiency through optimized processes and scalable service delivery models.
  • Achieve and exceed defined KPIs, SLAs and financial targets, including P&L performance.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to drive adoption and trust in GCC capabilities.
  • Enable seamless integration between shared services and technical/functional teams.
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality employee and business support experience across all services.

Qualification & Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10–15 years of experience in Human Resources, Shared Services, or Operations leadership roles with strong exposure to multi-functional service delivery.
  • Proven experience in setting up and scaling Global Capability Centres or Shared Services organizations with end-to-end operational ownership.
  • Strong background in HR Operations, Finance Operations, Compliance, Process Excellence and Digital Transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, cost optimization and P&L responsibilities.
  • Experience in construction or real estate is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Management or HR is highly desirable.
