Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Global Operations

  • Establish and complete the multi-year global service delivery strategy aligned with enterprise HR and business priorities.
  • Own and evolve the Global ERC operating model, including governance, regional coverage, service scope, tiering model, and blocking issue frameworks.
  • Lead global transformation initiatives, such as establishing the strategic framework and governance model for contingent workforce operations beginning in India and growing globally.
  • Find opportunities to shift work strategically from Tier 1 to Tier 0 channels through automation, self-service, and knowledge enablement.
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement, bringing to bear process optimization, automation, and technology to improve scalability and employee experience.

People & Organizational Leadership

  • Lead, develop, and encourage teams, building a strong bench and succession pipeline.
  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and employee-centric culture, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Set clear expectations for performance, accountability, and behaviors; provide mentoring and feedback to team members.
  • Own workforce planning, capacity modeling, and skill development to support current and future business needs globally.

Collaborator Partnership & Governance

  • Serve as the point of contact for complex, high-risk, or sensitive employee matters involving blocking issues, ensuring appropriate resolution in partnership with COEs, Legal, and regional HR leaders.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with COEs, regional HR teams, and business leaders to align priorities, manage change, and deliver coordinated solutions.
  • Establish governance mechanisms to ensure compliance with global and local policies, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.
  • Represent Global ERC in senior leadership forums, providing clear updates on performance, risks, and central initiatives.

Operational Excellence & Risk Management

  • Ensure robust documentation, controls, and audit readiness, including SOPs, process governance, and compliance reviews.
  • Identify operational risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead large-scale change initiatives (e.g., new systems, process redesigns, global rollouts), ensuring minimal disruption and strong adoption.

Qualification & Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in global or multi-region HR operations or shared services environments.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and leading global transformation initiatives and scaling operating models across regions.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Advanced collaborator management capabilities, with experience influencing senior leaders and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
  • Deep understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, case management, and HR technologies.
  • Proven ability to lead transformation, manage ambiguity, and inspire change in fast-paced, global environments.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, enabling clear expression of strategy, performance, and risk to varied audiences.
  • Strong business insight, data proficiency, and experience building dashboards along with demonstrated decision-making judgment.
  • Unwavering dedication to confidentiality, ethics, and employee trust.
