We are looking for a GBS Transition Manager (EN/FR) to join our teams for a prestigious client in the Industry Sector, in Oporto (Hybrid)

Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with demonstrated project (5y+) experience in moving business to Shared Service Centers in a multinational environment
- Strong understanding of project management, continuous improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques (PMP certification appreciated)
- Previous involvement in IT projects / Experience in ERP deployment appreciated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, Teams, …) to produce project documentation
- Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or JIRA appreciated.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering business impact
- Strong command of verbal and written English; French is a plus
- Customer focus mindset
- Commitment to delivering a high level of service
- Frequent travel: Candidate must be able to spend 4 to 5 days a week abroad, during several weeks to support the transition
