Description
Lead the global transformation of Global Enterprise Services (GES) by shaping our automation, AI, and specialized services agenda. This role drives end‑to‑end digital innovation, unlocks measurable value, and elevates user experience across the enterprise. You’ll partner with senior leaders, build high‑performing global teams, and help define the future of how GES delivers impact worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the vision and governance for IPA & SBS (Intelligent Process Automation and Specialized Business Services), ensuring alignment with GES strategy, E2E transformation priorities, and the enterprise digital roadmap.
- Drive strong governance for automation, AI, NOVA (ServiceNow), and process optimization, ensuring transparent prioritization and value realization.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, actuals, and long‑range planning for IPA & SBS, ensuring disciplined financial management and benefit tracking.
- Manage demand intake, feasibility assessments, and prioritization for new Specialized Business Services opportunities, ensuring structured and scalable scope expansion while securing adoption of landlord models or incubation service models.
- Lead end‑to‑end service transitions—including process assessment, technology enablement, hiring, onboarding, and knowledge transfer—ensuring successful stabilization, monitoring KPIs, OKRs, customer satisfaction and business continuity.
- Develop and scale specialized services such as forensic analytics, data mining, and digital operations; drive stakeholder engagement and effective issue resolution.
- Own GES digitalization, automation, and NOVA roadmaps, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve performance, user experience, and process excellence.
- Build high‑performing global teams, fostering a culture of agility, accountability, continuous improvement, and digital adoption across IPA & SBS.
Qualification & Requirements
- Significant experience in end‑to‑end process optimization, digitalization, and automation across global GBS or multinational environments. 10+ years leading transformation across complex global processes (e.g., S2P, Q2C, R2D, H2R, DTS, MDM).
- Proven ability to design, implement, and run scalable service platforms and global operations in complex shared‑service models. 15+ years driving scalable and efficient shared service models.
- Demonstrated leadership of large, diverse global teams, fostering engagement, growth mindset, and high‑performance cultures where talent thrive and grow. Ability to engage during change.
- Deep Continuous Improvement expertise, applying Lean, Six Sigma, process mining, and automation to simplify and standardize processes.
- Strong technology enablement skills, including workflow automation, RPA, AI/ML, GenAI/Copilot, ServiceNow, analytics, and data‑driven solutions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate across geographies, and build trust in matrixed environments.
