Key Responsibilities
- Lead O2C transformation projects to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business improvement.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of change initiatives.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategies with organizational vision.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.

- Drive O2C transformation initiatives across multiple sites in the Philippines.
Qualification & Requirements
- A degree in finance, accountancy, business administration, management, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience as a leader in Finance transformation, with significant projects related to order-to-cash or accounts receivable process.
- Exhibits strong stakeholder management and executive presence to lead global initiatives.
- Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing business processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Amenable to work on a night shift and fully onsite setup, with regular travel across the Philippines.
