Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Centre of Excellence to lead and transform centralised support functions across Finance, Procurement, IT, and HR. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, standardisation, and high-quality service delivery for the organisation. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with proven experience in multi-functional operations, process improvement, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end CoE activities across Finance, Procurement, IT, and HR, managing multi-disciplinary teams and driving a high-performance, service-oriented culture.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align shared services strategy with organisational goals, influencing business and operational decisions.
  • Develop and execute transformation initiatives, including process standardisation, automation,digitalisation, and continuous improvement programs to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost optimisation.
  • Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure service quality, operational accountability, and strong governance frameworks.
  • Oversee full-spectrum finance operations, including AP/AR, GL, payroll, treasury, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
  • Drive procurement strategy, vendor selection, contract negotiations, supplier performance management, and risk mitigation.
  • Govern IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems governance, ensuring technology enables operational effectiveness and business growth.
  • Manage regional HR operations, including payroll, benefits, HRIS, and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, HR, IT, or related field.
  • 20+ years of experience in CoE/shared services, operations, or corporate functions leadership.
  • Proven track record managing multi-functional teams across Finance, Procurement, IT, and HR.
  • Strong understanding of process standardisation, process and digital transformation, and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
