Key Responsibilities
- You play a critical role in driving GBS Procurement and Supply Chain operations that support global strategy and business growth.
- You establish and manage a centralized GBS support model that delivers consistency, quality, and scale across regions.
- You lead and develop a team of Procurement & Supply Chain professionals based in the Philippines.
- You enable procurement strategy by supporting Category Managers through data analytics, intelligence gathering, and best-in-class commercial insights.
- You define and ensure adherence to work plans, service levels, and performance requirements aligned to Global Procurement and Supply Chain objectives.
- You participate in—or lead—global initiatives supporting the PSM strategy, including TPRM, Supplier Information Management, and Master Data alignment.
- You propose, develop, and monitor KPIs for GBS operations in partnership with global teams, ensuring alignment with strategic targets.
- You implement strong controls and compliance frameworks to mitigate risk and uphold procurement policies.
- You champion AI-driven process optimization to standardize operations, enhance resilience, and ensure consistent quality and compliance.
- You influence decisions across matrixed reporting lines and navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and executive presence.
- You engage senior stakeholders with compelling business cases and strategic updates to enable alignment and informed decision-making.

- You possess comprehensive knowledge of procurement, category management, and supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.

- You demonstrate success leading multiple teams or departments—often in a matrix—while owning outcomes end to end.
- You effectively influence without authority and manage complex or sensitive scenarios across global, cross-functional teams.
- You are passionate about developing talent, including recruiting, performance coaching, and career growth support.
- You excel in fast-paced environments, with the ability to assess risks, anticipate impacts, and implement strong mitigation plans.
- You bring advanced analytics skills that translate data into insights that shape business decisions.
- Your communication skills allow you to bridge cultures, time zones, and functional roles with clarity and confidence.
- You think strategically—comfortable challenging assumptions and exploring impacts with “why,” “what if,” and “how does this affect us” questions.
Preferred
- Familiarity with shared services models and experience managing multinational stakeholder relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of global/multi-site procurement and supply chain experience; 4+ years leading people.
- Demonstrated success in category strategy, complex negotiations, contracting, supplier performance, and logistics/trade compliance.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including should-cost/TCO modeling, scenario analysis, planning, and financial acumen.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP (SAP/Oracle), eProcurement (Coupa), TPRM (Aravo), CLM systems, and advanced Excel/BI tools.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, and leading change in a matrixed environment.
- Professional certifications preferred: APICS/CSCP, CPSM/CIPS.
Education & Experience
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 13+ years of industry experience
- 5-8 years of previous people management experience
