Description
Work Setup: Monday to Friday – Full Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end Customer to Cash (C2C) lifecycle, including order management, billing, credit, collections, dispute management, and cash application.
- Lead global CTC operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance across regions.
- Partner with global stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, Shared Services, and regional leaders) to align processes and resolve complex issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and process standardization to improve cash flow, cycle time, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to CTC teams across locations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support system implementations, upgrades, and transformations related to CTC processes.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Extensive end-to-end experience in Customer to Cash (C2C) within a global or multinational environment.
- Proven experience managing global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, AR, credit risk, collections, and revenue-related controls.
- Experience in shared services is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and process automation tools.
