CTC Associate Director | Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end Customer to Cash (C2C) lifecycle, including order management, billing, credit, collections, dispute management, and cash application.
  • Lead global CTC operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance across regions.
  • Partner with global stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, Shared Services, and regional leaders) to align processes and resolve complex issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and process standardization to improve cash flow, cycle time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to CTC teams across locations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, and transformations related to CTC processes.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive end-to-end experience in Customer to Cash (C2C) within a global or multinational environment.
  • Proven experience managing global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, AR, credit risk, collections, and revenue-related controls.
  • Experience in shared services is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and process automation tools.
