Description
Amazon is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Product Strategy for RBS Intelligence Platform. As Sr. Product Manager, you will own the business strategy, tenant acquisition, and adoption roadmap. You’ll drive the platform growth from 3 prototypes to 70+ production systems, delivering hundreds of millions in business value. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management, business acumen, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business outcomes. The Sr. Product Manager is a bar-raising communicator, both verbal and written, and is a well-respected leader within the business. This role requires the ability to influence across stakeholder teams to drive alignment and requires a highly effective and established leader to navigate effectively. This role requires clear articulation of complex problems and proposed solutions and requires high judgement to ensure the right leaders are involved in decisions and regularly informed on progress. This role aligns teams towards clear priorities and advocates for investment delivering large, complex business initiatives, with clear mechanisms that audit progress towards shared goals and regularly reports results to ensure long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Strategy & Vision – Own the business strategy, value proposition, and go-to-market planning; define tenant evaluation frameworks and prioritization criteria; develop business case templates and ROI models for tenant adoption.
- Tenant Acquisition & Relationship Management – Build and manage a pipeline of 70+ potential tenant systems; lead tenant discovery, evaluation, and onboarding processes; establish executive relationships with VP/Director-level stakeholders.
- Customer Journey & Experience – Design the end-to-end tenant journey from discovery to production; define user personas and their needs; create adoption playbooks and change management strategies to drive tenant satisfaction.
- Business Impact & Metrics – Define success metrics for tenant value delivery; track and report business impact including cost savings, customer experience improvements, and efficiency gains; conduct quarterly business reviews with stakeholders.
- Domain Product Management – Define domain-specific strategies across areas like returns, inventory, and advertising; drive cross-domain learning and best practice sharing; scale the product management function as the platform grows.
Qualification & Requirements
Basic
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 5+ years of business strategy and adoption experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy, definition and end to end product delivery
- Track record of driving significant business impact
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field
Preferred
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience influencing senior leaders/stakeholders
- Experience with change management and organizational transformation
- MBA from top-tier institution
- Fluency with AI/ML product development
