Description

Role: Global Sales Lead – Captive / GCC / GIC Accounts

Location: Pune , Maharashtra

Experience range: 10 to 15 years.

Global Sales Lead – Captive / GCC / GIC Accounts

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers to position solutions and services, achieving sales quotas across various solution verticals and geographies in the USA and UK.
  • Open doors to potential new customers and schedule pre-sales activities.
  • Build, maintain, and improve relationships with potential clients.
  • Qualify customer needs and determine how we can add value to them.
  • Work closely with partners to develop business opportunities. Specifically, support and, where necessary, drive sales to conclude software deals while ensuring that msg global secures a share of the service deals.
  • Plan and coordinate sales activities in collaboration with pre-sales teams, targeting both product and service sales for the company.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of opportunities to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Prepare RFI and RFP responses, as well as bids for tenders.
  • Follow up after contract signature, acting as the voice of the customer and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Create and implement a sales plan aligned with business objectives, targeting key accounts, industries, and geographies to maximize revenue opportunities for both products and services.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Candidate should have strong experience in IT software sales.
  • Exposure of Selling to Global Inhouse Centers (GIC), Global Capability Centers (GCC) / Captives is mandatory.
  • Exposure of IT solutions/ services sales.
  • Must have exposure of selling to Captives.
  • Should have good communication skills.
  • Must have strong executive presence, articulation and communication skills.
  • Must have exposure of managing multiple clients.
  • Experience in hunting and farming required.
  • Must have exposure of working with CXO level.
  • Must have exposure of GIC / GCC / Captive sales.

What experiences you should have?

  • Positive attitude, high motivation, innovative thinking, and a passion for creating value for customers.
  • A minimum of 10 years of work experience in selling IT services and/or software in the international market.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of industries such as Banking, insurance, retail, Healthcare or Aviation.
  • Proven communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to maintain a solid network and strong relationships.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Preferably a university degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
