Description
To strengthen our 4-person management team, we are looking for you as Head of Shared Services (Finance, Human Resources, and Infrastructure) & Member of the Management Team (m/f/d) starting in 2026, by agreement.In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Finance, Human Resources, and Infrastructure departments. You will also be a sparring partner for the Board of Directors and the other members of the Management Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation of the company’s objectives in accordance with the Board of Directors and annual plan
- Leadership, coaching and further development of department heads
- Ensuring excellent service quality and efficient processes
- Responsibility for finances, budget control, liquidity planning and key performance indicator management
- Further development of organization, quality, HR, infrastructure and sustainability
- Representation of the company internally and externally, as well as networking.
Qualification & Requirements
- Several years of management experience in the hotel, tourism or service industry
- Strong business management expertise in finance, controlling and organization
- Knowledge of labor law, HR management and quality management
- Strong social skills, assertiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
