Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Group Order to Cash and Shared Services function, setting strategy and operating standards.
- Own end-to-end O2C processes including billing, credit management, collections, disputes, and cash application.
- Drive cash collection, working capital improvement, and billing accuracy across the group.
- Establish group-wide O2C policies, controls, KPIs, and performance reporting.
- Act as senior escalation point for complex or high-risk customer finance matters.
- Lead O2C elements of M&A integration and business change initiatives.
Qualification & Requirements
- Senior leadership experience within Order to Cash in a complex, multi-entity environment.
- Proven track record delivering cash and working capital improvements at scale.
- Strong technical knowledge of billing, credit control, and collections in high-volume settings.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead large teams through change.

- Competitive salary and bonus package.
- Hybrid working model with flexibility.
- Opportunity to lead a high-impact, group-wide finance transformation.
