Regional Mobility Lead – HR Operations (Shared Services)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional mobility operations, including visas, work permits,relocations, andcross‑border compliance.
  • Oversee employee transitions, covering offboarding, contract changes, and governance for policy‑driven decision points.
  • Ensure compliance and risk mitigation across multiple jurisdictions, partnering with HR, Finance, and external agencies.
  • Drive process excellence and digital enablement, improving workflows and leveraging HR technologies tools.
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team, fostering continuous improvement, service excellence, and capability building.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in global mobility and HR operations within a Shared Services or MNC environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mobility, offboarding, and contract processes
  • Experience leading teams in fast‑paced environment
  • Familiarity with immigration, tax, and regional compliance
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
