Description
Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Shared Services to lead and optimize our shared services operations. The VP of Shared Services will be responsible for driving efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement across various functions such as HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in strategic leadership, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for shared services that aligns with the organization’s goals.
- Lead and manage shared services teams to deliver high-quality support and services.
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize shared service opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Implement and manage performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of shared services.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the shared services teams.
Qualification & Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within shared services.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, process improvement, and change management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
