Description

An exciting opportunity to join the GCB Subsidiary Banking team, focusing on Shared Service Centers (SSC) in the Philippines. We are seeking an experienced Subsidiary Banking professional with a deep understanding and hands-on experience with Treasury departments and financial SSCs. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Treasury and SSC Consulting/Process Management. This role reports to the Head of Subsidiary Banking Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact within JPMorgan for the client CFO, treasurer, and other senior managers where appropriate.
  • Build and develop Treasurer level coverage.
  • Develop forward looking new business plan for SSC clients and the maintenance of existing business relationship.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with key cash management offerings provided by banks and their relevance to Shared Service Centers (SSCs).
  • Strong understanding of corporate banking products.
  • Familiarity with flow derivatives and FX is beneficial.
  • Technically proficient, with experience in operations automation and data-driven decision-making projects (big data, artificial intelligence, machine learning, etc.).
  • Responsible for collaborating with HQ Parent and Regional Teams to achieve and deliver financial goals.
  • Exceptional program management and organizational skills.
  • Expertise in design thinking, process re-engineering, and problem-solving.
  • Client-centric approach with the ability to articulate solutions effectively.
  • Ability to build a network and develop strong working relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and geographies.
  • Strong influencing and collaborative abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate the project team, instilling confidence and trust.
