Key Responsibilities
- Lead payroll standardization and migration to a third-party vendor across Asia
- Oversee end-to-end Employee Life Cycle (ELC) data administration in Workday
- Drive SSC operational excellence and lead a high-performing team
- Ensure compliance with Asia labor laws, tax regulations, and data privacy standards
Qualification & Requirements
- Minimum 10-15 years of HR Shared Services experience, including 3-5 years in regional leadership
- Proven track record in payroll standardization and third party vendor migration
- Expertise in Workday administration and data governance
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Knowledge of Asia labor laws and data privacy requirements
