Description
We are seeking a seasoned leader to join a regional shared services environment, overseeing end-to-end fund services delivery across multiple markets. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement across a team of close to 50 professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large operational functions, managing complex escalations and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service performance, client experience, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive process optimisation, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business growth.
- Contribute to medium- to long-term service transformation, capability building, and talent development within the shared services organisation.
Qualification & Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in fund administration / fund services, ideally in regulated environments.
- Proven experience leading large, multi-layered teams in shared services or operations.
- Strong exposure to governance frameworks, audit, risk, and compliance oversight.
- A track record of driving operational excellence, standardisation, and process improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership and client engagement.
- Experience working across regional or multi-market operations is highly preferred.
- 10+ years of work experience with Fund Administration
