DBB Stream Lead RtR

Key Responsibilities

• Owning the RtR DBB template and validating global RtR standards (closing, intercompany, reconciliations, reporting)
• Driving process conformance in OpCos and sharing best practices to improve close performance
• Managing and coaching the RtR E2E stream team and aligning with DBB Design and D&T
• Managing RtR change requests end-to-end, including design, testing and training
• Working with data and technology teams to ensure required system and data changes are delivered OTIF
• Defining RtR PPIs and driving continuous improvement in financial performance
• Supporting effective change management to embed RtR best practices in OpCos.

Qualification & Requirements

You are a Good Candidate if you:

• Bring 10+ years of experience in Record to Report, financial close, accounting or reporting in a complex environment
• Understand systems and controls required for accurate consolidation and reporting
• Have strong analytical skills and are comfortable with ERP systems and data-driven problem solving
• Communicate clearly and can translate complex concepts into simple, structured messages
• Demonstrate strong influencing and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders
• Bring proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and energize teams through change.

• Have experience in ERP or consolidation system deployments or close-cycle improvements.
