Description
We are hiring a Vice President of Finance and Accounting Operations to lead large-scale finance delivery for our largest global client, a leading pest control company, under the PGM Accounting program. This role will oversee end-to-end accounting operations, transformation initiatives, and people leadership at scale.
The ideal candidate brings deep core accounting expertise, strong executive leadership, and experience managing large teams in a shared services or outsourced environment.
Lead a high-impact finance operation for a global enterprise client. Drive digital transformation and innovation at scale. Work with senior leaders in a dynamic, fast-growing organization
Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)
Start Date: January (Immediate Joiner Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across core accounting functions
- Oversee large-scale teams with 300–500 headcount, ensuring delivery excellence and compliance
- Drive automation, process improvements, and adoption of AI-enabled finance solutions
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting aligned with US GAAP / IFRS standards
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support business objectives and financial governance
- Lead and develop senior managers and finance leaders within the organization
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- 15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing large teams
- Strong foundation in core accounting (GL, month-end close, reconciliations, controls)
- Proven experience with automation initiatives and AI-driven processes
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
Experience
- Progressive finance and accounting: 10 years (Required)
- Leadership (shared-service F&A operations or corporate): 5 years (Required)
Work Setup
- Hybrid work arrangement
- Office location: Alabang
- Night shift to support US business hours
