Senior Manager -Project Management Transformation Officer- All VOIS India Locations

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across agile squads, ensuring alignment with project milestones and readiness.
• Manage dependencies across workstreams, proactively resolving risks and removing obstacles.
• Oversee backlog management, sprint planning, and milestone tracking for timely delivery.
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery issues, ensuring prompt resolutions.
• Maintain comprehensive status reports, escalation logs, decision records, and lessons learned.
• Lead workshops, prepare strategic planning documents, and implement process optimization strategies.

Qualification & Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex, multi-market projects with distributed teams.
• Strong skills in agile delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, and milestone tracking.
• Ability to act as an escalation point and drive effective resolutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading large teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies for enterprise projects.
• Consultancy or process improvement experience is highly desirable.
