Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic India GCC Site Leader to head and drive the overall operations, transformation, and growth of a Global Capability Center. The ideal candidate will lead high-performing teams, ensure operational excellence, and align center outcomes with global objectives.

Work from Office – Monday, Wednesday & Friday (2 PM – 11 PM)

Work from Home – Tuesday & Thursday

India GCC Site Leader – Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end strategic leadership for the GCC, ensuring alignment with global business priorities.
  • Oversee daily operations, delivery quality, compliance, governance, and financial performance.
  • Build strong partnerships with global and regional stakeholders for seamless collaboration.
  • Lead talent management strategies including hiring, capability development, and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate standards, and risk controls.
  • Create a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high employee engagement.
  • Represent the GCC at industry events, external forums, and with local authorities.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices across processes, technology, and governance.
  • Manage budgets, P&L, and performance metrics to meet business goals.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field (mandatory).
  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT/ITES, shared services, or GCC environments.
  • Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience handling large teams and complex operations.
  • Proven experience in GCC setup, scaling, transformation, and operating model design.
  • Strong global stakeholder management skills across multiple geographies.
  • Expertise in compliance, risk management, and India regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and people leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in digital transformation, change management, and process modernization.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and P&L responsibility.
  • Ability to foster an inclusive, diverse, and high-performing work culture.
