Global Operations is a new enterprise function that unites Global Business Services, procurement, real estate and facilities, security, and other key functions. We are building an industrial backbone for operational excellence, AI/automation integration, and sustained efficiency. While similar capabilities are common in other industries, they are rare in media – especially at the scale and scope we’re envisioning.

This is the ideal position for an individual with 15+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or an equivalent in-house experience, leading large-scale transformations, performance improvement, and strategy projects.

Located in New York, this role is tailored for an individual passionate about leading the transformation of a global organization! With a strong foundation in enterprise-wide optimization, process streamlining, implementing innovative technology, and integrating AI, this is your opportunity to shape and implement our Global Operations strategy.

Key Responsibilities

5 Core Objectives

  • Facilitate delivery of more than $1B of value creation across Global Operations.
  • Streamline operations, eliminate non-value-add work, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Accelerate adoption of technology solutions, automation and AI tools/capabilities.
  • Build a scalable Global Operations platform for industry-wide synergies.
  • Quickly develop relationships across the organization and build a brand as a go to resource for leading the most challenging business situations.

You excel at navigating complex challenges, identifying the path forward, getting projects on track, and driving progress to achieve results.
  • Technology, Automation and AI Solutions: Experience deploying technology, automation and AI solutions, encouraging innovation, and driving cultural shifts toward continuous learning. Ability to drive process changes and efficiency through the implementation of these technologies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional ability to partner with C-suite, business partners, and cross-functional teams, building trust and aligning diverse groups to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Collaborative Influencing Style: Success in this role at Paramount depends on strong emotional intelligence and a genuinely collaborative style—building trust, aligning diverse partners, and guiding teams toward shared goals with insight and clarity.
  • Executive Communication: Strong presence and communication skills to influence boards, executives, and external partners, translating complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Willingness to Travel Extensively (~50%):Ability to undertake frequent domestic and international travel to support global operations.

Benefits

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
