Description

We are seeking a dynamic Director – Corporate Services to lead the strategy, performance, and transformation of our shared services functions, with a strong focus on Procurement Services. This role will ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and scalable corporate support that drives operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Corporate Services and Shared Services strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end procurement operations including strategic sourcing, category management, supplier performance, and contract governance.
  • Implement standardized processes, SLAs, KPIs, and business controls to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
  • Drive digital procurement capabilities, automation, and data-led decision-making.
  • Manage budgets, optimize costs, and deliver measurable value through procurement and shared services initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and risk management frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders and business units to ensure service quality and continuous improvement.
  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams across Shared Services functions.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
  • 12–18 years of experience in corporate services, shared services, or procurement leadership within large, complex organizations.
  • Strong track record in procurement transformation, supplier negotiations, and operational optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing shared services models and digital tools.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
