GBS Digital Process Innovation Lead
UoP/B2B
hybrid, 1-2 days in the office in Warsaw
Key Responsibilities
- Identification of areas for optimization, standardization and digitalization of financial processes (AP, AR, GL and end-to-end processes) within GBS.
- Translating operational and process needs into functional and technological requirements for IT teams.
- Design, development and implementation of improvement initiatives using RPA, workflow, AI and other automation tools.
- Running a pipeline of digitalization initiatives: collecting ideas from teams, assessing their potential and prioritizing projects.
- Collaboration with Global Process Owners in designing and optimizing global financial processes.
- Active participation in process transformation as part of the SAP S/4HANA implementation, including support for automation integration with ERP.
- Close collaboration with AP, AR and GL managers to identify needs and implement technological improvements.
- Initiating and conducting process workshops and improvement idea generation sessions in GBS teams.
- Support for the development and standardization of workflow tools, including platforms such as ServiceNow (experience preferred).
- Monitoring implemented solutions, analyzing their effectiveness and recommending further improvements.
- Ensuring the consistency of GBS process and technological architecture with global IT standards.
Qualification & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/GBS/SSC, preferably in AP, AR, GL or end-to-end processes.
- Working knowledge of RPA (e.g. UiPath, Power Automate, BluePrism) and technologies that automate financial processes.
- Experience in IT projects or digital transformation.
- Knowledge of SAP and workflow tools (e.g. ServiceNow).
- Ability to combine operational and technological perspectives.
- Ability to translate business requirements into IT language.
