Key Responsibilities
- In this varied management position with great scope for creativity, you will ensure the efficient and smooth operation of accounts receivable in a global business services environment.
- With your 20-person team, you will shape a service- and customer-oriented collaboration with our headquarters and the European subsidiaries.
- They challenge the status quo, drive the optimization of accounts receivable processes, further develop existing standards and enable efficient, transparent management based on valid data and key figures.
- With a keen sense of trends and team spirit, you will actively shape AI development and integrate it step by step into everyday work.
- They foster a strong sense of “we” and empower your team to take responsibility and effectively contribute their professional expertise.
Qualification & Requirements
- A degree in business administration (e.g. Finance & Accounting, Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, International Management) or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of management experience in finance and accounting, in an international business service center environment.
- Knowledge of operational business management environments (e.g., process relocations, setting up or managing service centers) and SAP FI.
- Practical experience with global business services and the management of outsourcing partners.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as the willingness to travel to our international companies twice a year.
