Senior Manager – Total Rewards

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Total Rewards Manager, you will:

  • Lead global rewards operations, overseeing end-to-end delivery for compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition programmes across all regions.
  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective Total Rewards operations, ensuring process standardisation and driving automation initiatives.
  • Manage global cyclical activities such as Compensation Revision Exercises, survey submissions, salary range processes, salary pay mix analysis and sustainable pay initiatives.
  • Benchmark Short Term Incentives, Long Term Incentives and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness within the market
  • Lead and develop a team of skilled Total Rewards professionals including TR Specialists, fostering engagement, growth, and collaboration.
  • Enhance performance and potential of the team through goal setting, coaching and development opportunities.
    Manage administrative responsibilities, including budget planning, resource allocation, and operational decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards, promoting a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with a complex global stakeholder landscape including internal and external stakeholders including TR COEs, HRBPs, vendors, etc; leverage strong negotiation and communication skills to drive TR initiatives effectively.
  • Actively contribute to the P&O-GBS Leadership team, driving cross-functional collaboration and strategic initiatives.

Qualification & Requirements

We are seeking a seasoned Global Rewards leader with the following qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 12–16 years of relevant experience, preferably within mature Shared Service Centers, multinational corporations, or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven leadership managing senior professionals and specialists.
  • Strong global stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving cross-border projects and initiatives.
    Possess a Global Rewards Professional (GRP) certification.
  • Hands-on experience executing global total rewards cycles and related projects, including compensation revision exercises, survey submissions, global salary range implementation, sales pay-mix analysis, living wage assessments, job architecture benchmarking, and benchmarking of short- and long-term incentives and benefits programs.
  • Key personal skills: strategic HR planning aligned with business objectives; excellent problem-solving and decision-making; strong data management and analytical capabilities; talent development and retention focus; effective communication and negotiation; ability to foster collaboration; and a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equitable practices.
