We’re looking for an inspiring and strategic Vice President of Human Resources to lead and elevate the employee experience across India. Based in Bangalore, this senior HR leader will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy—serving as both a local HR leader and a global partner within our matrixed organization. You’ll lead with purpose, passion, and accountability—ensuring every HR program, policy, and practice contributes to a culture where people feel valued, empowered, and inspired to do their best work. Key Responsibilities

India HR Leadership

  • Be the HR leader for India, ensuring our HR programs, policies, and practices deliver an exceptional India employee experience.
  • Facilitate India Leadership Council meetings, connecting business priorities with people strategies that drive engagement and growth.
  • Co-own key HR functions with global COE leaders—Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HRBP, and People Programs—to ensure global initiatives are locally relevant and effective.
  • Partner with India’s leadership team to foster a culture of inclusion, respect, and collaboration.
  • Represent India HR in global discussions to ensure regional perspectives influence global priorities.

Global R&D HR Business Partner (HRBP) Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior R&D leaders, aligning people strategies to business goals.
  • Lead initiatives in organizational design, workforce and succession planning, and
  • leadership development.
  • Partner with global HR COEs to advance DEI, engagement, and talent programs that strengthen culture and retention.
  • Leverage data and insights to drive fair, competitive, and equitable compensation and performance strategies.
  • Coach senior leaders on people leadership, change management, and building high-performing teams.

Global HR Shared Services Leadership

  • Lead the Global HR Shared Services team to deliver efficient, compliant, and people-centered operations.
  • Define and track KPIs to enhance service quality, speed, and employee satisfaction.
  • Leverage technology, automation, and AI to continuously improve employee experience and HR efficiency.
  • Own the full employee experience—from onboarding to alumni—creating moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle at a global level.

India Facilities & Corporate Services Leadership

  • Oversee India Facilities and IT operations, ensuring safe, connected, and inspiring workplaces.
  • Drive sustainability, efficiency, and employee well-being across all office initiatives.
  • Integrate Office, HR and IT processes for a seamless onboarding-to-alumni experience.
  • Lead Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs to strengthen our community impact and employee engagement.

Team & Capability Development

  • Build and mentor a high-performing HR team that embodies collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Invest in leadership development and continuous learning to prepare teams for future growth.
  • Champion a culture of inclusion, respect, and shared success.

Qualification & Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Proven track record in strategic HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Experience leading Shared Services in India or similar markets.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills across global teams.
  • A leadership style rooted in empathy, respect, and business acumen.
