Director- HR Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

HR Service Delivery

  • Lead and manage all HR Shared Services functions including Onboarding , Global Mobility, employee data management, HRIS and employee Helpdesk
  • Ensure consistent and efficient delivery of HR services across all business units and geographies
  • Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Streamline HR processes and drive standardization across the organization
  • Implement best practices to enhance service delivery and operational excellence
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of HR Shared Services professionals
  • Act as a key liaison between HR, business units, and external service providers
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with organizational goal.

Qualification & Requirements

Experience

  • 15+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in HR Shared Services leadership
  • Proven track record in building and scaling shared services organizations
  • Strong expertise in HR operations, Onboarding ,HR compliance, and HRIS
  • Exceptional leadership, process improvement, and change management skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Can start immediately
  • 10+ years of Information Services experience
  • 10+ years of work experience with Shared Services
  • 10+ years of work experience with Onboarding
