Key Responsibilities
- Functional and disciplinary management of the Financial Shared Service Center for A/P & A/R in a high-volume transaction environment.
- Ensuring compliance with all financial and legal requirements related to shared service processes.
- Supporting the Group Accounting, General Ledger, and Group Tax departments in the preparation of financial statements and audits, and participating in the annual audit process.
- Continuously improving O2C and P2P processes to support business requirements and leverage technological advancements.
- Implementing an Internal Control System (ICS) for O2C and P2P processes.
- Developing a roadmap for integrating existing subsidiaries or newly acquired companies into standard financial processes.
- Stakeholder management: initiating and facilitating dialogue with key stakeholders, monitoring decentralized stakeholder dialogue, and identifying emerging needs.
Qualification & Requirements
- Academic track record with a finance background.
- Proven track record in leading finance teams,especially in a Shared Service Center environment.
- Relevant experience in preparing financial statements (e.g. “Einzelabschlüsse”).
- Preferably Know-How in IFRS 15 and VAT topics.
- Experience with C-level and senior management stakeholders.
- Experience with transformation programs and migration setup´s.
- English language proficiency.
