Description
Proservartner is seeking experienced Senior Transition Managers with proven expertise in Sales Administration processes to support transitions from various European sites into our new Poznań operations.
You’ll lead and deliver end-to-end transitions across sales order processing, pricing administration, contract management, and related sales support functions within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) framework.
Location: Poznań, Poland (preferred) — or nearby region
Start Date: Ideally 3rd week of November 2025

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute full transition cycles of sales administration processes into Poznań operations.
- Work closely with client and internal teams to align scope, deliverables, and handover milestones.
- Lead knowledge transfer and documentation of sales admin processes.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring mitigation plans are implemented.
- Report progress to the Transition Lead and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Support stabilization and continuous improvement of transitioned processes.
Qualification & Requirements
- Proven track record of 3–5 successful transitions in Sales Administration and OTC environments.
- Deep understanding of sales order management, pricing, contracts, and invoicing processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple geographies.
- Experience in shared services or business process transformation programmes.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages are advantageous
