Description

Reporting to the EVP, Shared Services, the Vice President of Process Optimization is accountable for driving quality, efficiency and automation throughout the nearly 600 processes executed within Shared Service Operations. They will partner with the leaders of the 12 functional areas within Shared Services to drive operational maturity, business case development and initiative execution focused on ensuring quality while expanding EBITDA through consistently reducing our cost to serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Process Inventory and Operational Maturity Score
  • KPIs and Capacity Planning
  • Low-Cost Location Strategy Ownership and Oversight
  • Execute RFPs and RFIs
  • Maintain Operational Readiness of Shared Services
  • Own Internal RCA process and remediation tracker
  • Oversee Dev Ticket priority and completion
  • Business Case Development and Management
  • Plus other work-related tasks as needed

Qualification & Requirements

Qualifications

  • College Degree Required. MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of operational transformation and process optimization experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience establishing and driving operational maturity
  • Experience in leading low-cost location process transitions and global team management
  • Proficiency in defining process owners and developing established operating principles across documentation, KPI production and quality review.
