At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and execution for key service line initiatives in alignment with GBS Strategy
- Partner with GBS senior leadership to identify and deliver opportunities in process optimization, digital transformation, and service delivery
- Develop business cases, strategic roadmaps, and performance metrics to guide data-driven decision-making
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across GBS, Finance, IT, HR, and other business units to ensure seamless execution
- Prepare and deliver high-impact executive-level presentations and reports to senior stakeholders
- Mentor and develop junior team members while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualification & Requirements
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategy, consulting, or business transformation roles
- Proven success leading strategic initiatives within complex, matrixed organizations
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience in Global Business Services (GBS), shared services, or operational excellence initiatives
