Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage complex transition and transformation workstreams end-to-end, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Conduct due opportunity assessments and develop business cases to support transformation initiatives.
- Lead the design, implementation, and stabilization phases of transition projects, ensuring operational readiness and adoption.
- Apply industry standards and best practices, including tollgates, process design, process mining, and governance frameworks, to maintain control and transparency.
- Collaborate closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), Technology teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to align on project goals and interdependencies.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth cutover and minimal business disruption.
- Mentor and guide transformation experts and project managers within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex transitions or transformation programs within a Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services environment.
- Proven track record in managing multi-region or multi-function transformation projects.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with market standards such as process mining, tollgates, governance packs, and change management frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
Experience
- Transition and Transformation: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification
- Lean Six Sigma Certification (Preferred)
- PMP (Preferred)
