Description

We currently have a career opportunity for a Director- HR Operations Lead to join our team and support us Globally.

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking HR Operations Lead to architect and lead the transformation of our global HR operations. This role will be instrumental in building a scalable shared services organization, optimizing our HRIS and reporting infrastructure, and ensuring compliance across all HR processes. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in technology services, a proven track record of setting up offshore shared services teams, and a strong passion for AI, automation, and digital transformation.

Director Global HR Operations

Key Responsibilities

Lead Global HR Shared Services

  • Design and implement a high-performing HR shared services model, including offshore delivery centers.
  • Drive operational excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement across HR processes.
  • Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery metrics.

 Champion AI & Automation

  • Drive an AI-first mindset across HR operations.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance employee experience.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends in HR tech and digital transformation.

 Own HR Technology & Reporting

  • Lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of HRIS platforms (Oracle Cloud)
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across all HR systems.
  • Deliver advanced HR analytics and reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Ensure Compliance & Risk Management

  • Maintain global compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.
  • Lead HR audits, risk assessments, and remediation efforts.
  • Partner with Legal, Risk, and Internal Audit teams to proactively manage regulatory changes.

Qualification & Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive HR operations experience, with at least 5 years in a technology services or consulting company.
  • Proven experience in setting up and managing offshore shared services teams.
  • Expertise in HRIS systems (Ideally Oracle, but can be other cloud-based platforms), data analytics, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance, data governance, and global labor regulations.
  • Demonstrated passion for AI, automation, and digital transformation in HR.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
